Our friendly partner, the American Association for Educational Communications Technology (AECT), will be holding its 2025 International Conference in Las Vegas, USA, from October 20-24, 2025. We are currently accepting submissions, and all members of our association are welcome to participate!
Submission formats include concurrent oral presentations, poster presentations, panel discussions, roundtable discussions, design and development showcases, design in practice presentations, featured research papers, and fee-based workshops. - May 5, 2025 – Proposal reviews due by 11:59 PM US Pacific Time
- May 16, 2025 – Notify authors of submission decision
- May 30, 2025 – Accepted presenters confirm intent to present
- August 2025 – Full convention schedule available
- October 20-24, 2025 (Pending final approval) – Las Vegas Convention activities
